LATE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

NFL FLAG NFL FLAG youth flag football leagues are a fun and accessible non-contact program for all ages. Backed by the NFL, with an emphasis on football fundamentals and community involvement, NFL FLAG empowers youth athletes across the nation. Here at Pleasant Dale, players will be coached by volunteer parents that stress game fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
Teams will practice 1x per week as determined by the volunteer coach. Games will take place Sunday mornings.

NFL Flag Football registration deadline is Sunday, May 11th. Registrations taken after this date will be assessed a $20 late fee. Sign up on time, as late registrations will not be allowed buddy requests and will not have a guaranteed timeframe to receive uniforms. Late registration will be open until the league begins OR teams are full.
We are unable to accept requests for specific practice days/times and/or specific coaches on any registrations. After team rosters are assembled, each team will be assigned a practice time based on volunteer coach preferences and availability. Practice times will be on weeknights between 4-8pm. Players that cannot attend their team’s scheduled practice WILL NOT BE MOVED TO ANOTHER TEAM. They will be offered the opportunity to practice with another team at a more convenient time, but will still play games on Sundays with their original team.
One properly completed buddy request will be honored per participant (See program guide for "Buddy Request Rules").
